This workshop is a shortened version of Wally’s proven 6-month nutrition coaching program that’s evolved over 12-years working with hundreds of clients. There’s no quick fix to health change. It takes time, patience, determination, and accountability.
Thanks to this new eCourse, you will be able to experience this workshop in the comfort of your own home, in community, LIVE with Wally, and learn practical steps to change the trajectory of your health forever.
What does it include?
This health and wellness workshop is designed to be experienced in community.
The workshop will be facilitated LIVE weekly on Tuesday’s in a Zoom environment for 8-weeks.
10-Week Access to the Private Facebook Community
Access to the private Facebook Weight Loss to Wellness Community for 10-weeks (the 8-week program duration plus 2 additional weeks).
Each module builds off one another. The modules are packed with information and weekly assignments. Downloadable worksheets will guide you on your health journey.
You’ll receive bonus materials from recipes to nutrition research throughout the 8-week workshop.
